What is a holistic health coach?
A holistic health coach works with clients to promote overall health and well-being by addressing all aspects of their lives, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. By taking a holistic approach to health, I choose to focus on the interconnectedness of all aspects of a person's life, rather than just treating individual symptoms or conditions.
What can I expect from the coaching sessions?
A personalized health and wellness plan that may include recommendations for nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, mindfulness, and other holistic practices. My coaching sessions last 21 days with weekly follow-ups because I am a firm believer in accountability and support throughout the process. There is also an add on option to get a 24/7 direct access to me for an additional fee. My current offering is the Gut Restore Plan.
What can I expect during the Gut Restore Plan?
Assessment.
I will begin by assessing your current health and wellness status, as well as your goals and priorities. I will ask questions about your diet, exercise habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, and other lifestyle factors.
Personalized plan.
Based on your assessment, I will work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your specific needs and goals. This may include recommendations for nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other holistic practices.
Education and support.
I am trained by IIN and by the Limoges College to provide education and support to help you make lifestyle changes that promote optimal health and well-being. My guidance ranges from healthy habits, mindfulness techniques, and stress management strategies.
Accountability.
I will help you stay accountable to your health and wellness goals by checking in once a week. Ongoing support and encouragement is also possible as an add-on (24/7 direct access to me).
Collaboration.
I believe in working together with my clients to make lifestyle changes that work for you and your unique needs and circumstances.
